Blueberry Soup

500 g fresh or frozen blueberries,
1 l of water,
100 g of sugar,
1/8 l of cream

Rinse the berries and pour hot water, boil to a pulp, alternatively sieve. Add sugar and cream or potato flour to thicken. Serve with pasta, toasts, puff pastry croutons, etc.
