litres of water,
8 cups of sugar,
4 litres of blueberries,
30 grams of yeast,
1 slice of wholemeal bread
Put
the blueberries into a large glass or plastic container. Bring 2 litres of
water with sugar to boil and pour into the container with the berries. Add 2
litres of cold water. Spread yeast on the slice of bread softened with water
and put on the surface of the mix with yeast at the bottom. Cover and put
away for 2 weeks, stir once every day. After two weeks sift through gauze and
pour into a clean container. Put away for 2 days and then gently pour into
bottles. Cover until bubbling stops, cork up. The wine should mature for 4 to
6 months in a cold and dark cellar.
