1/2
cup of sugar,
1/2 cup of water,
a pinch of salt,
2 tbsp of corn flour,
2 cups of berries,
1 tbsp of lemon juice,
1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
Mix
sugar, water, salt, and flour. Cook, stirring often, until it thickens. Add
blueberries and bring to boil. Cook on small heat for 5 minutes. Add lemon
juice and rind. Chill. Serve with ice-cream, yoghurt, fruits, cake, etc.
