glasses of flour,
3 glasses of boiling water,
1 egg,
1 glass of cream, a pinch of salt
1 1/2 glasses of berries
2 tbsp of sugar,
butter for spreading or cream
Pour
boiling water over the flour. When it cools down, add the remaining
ingredients to make a light dough. Roll out, cut out small circles and put
sugared berries on top. Form pierogi and boil for up to 5 minutes. Spread
with butter or sprinkle with cream and sugar. Serve hot.
