Blueberry jam

4 cups of blueberries,
3 cups of sugar,
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Wash the blueberries. Squash one cup of berries and put in a large saucepan with the remaining fruit. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring. Add sugar and lemon juice, cook on small heat for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time. Pour jam into jars, twist on.
